The conditions of use for placing a classified in the Woodlot Marketplace are as follows: 

1.  The Ontario Woodlot Association reserves the right to refuse to list any third party goods or services or advertisements on this website.
2.   The Wood Marketplace is a FREE non-commercial classified service for woodlot owners looking to sell, buy or trade forestry-related products.

3.    All the mandatory contact information must be submitted with your classified.  Refer to our Privacy Policy. 
4. Your classified will automatically expire within 60 days of submitting your application.  To extend your classified beyond 60 days, please call or e-mail us.
5. To remove a classified before the 60-day expiry date (e.g., item sold) please call or e-mail us.
6. There is no limit on the number of classifieds that you can submit.  However, each classified (categorized as either a sell, buy or trade transaction) must be submitted separately. 
7. The listing of any third party products or services on this website does not imply endorsement by Ontario Woodlot Association. Ontario Woodlot Association makes no representations or warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, any representation or warranty as to the qualifications of third parties, or the quality of any third party goods or services.  Ontario Woodlot Association reserves the right to refuse to list any third party goods or services or advertisements on this website.
