Agroforestry Campfire-style Circle

This is an ongoing virtual meeting that supports the growth of the Ontario Agroforestry Network.

Our upcoming August meeting is a campfire-style meeting with the main intention being to just meet each other. We will break everyone out into randomized small groups using the zoom "breakout rooms" feature. Groups will be prompted with a few questions but encouraged to guide the conservation in any way that they choose for the allotted time. This allows attendees to get to know each other in smaller groups and also have conversations that are relevant to them. 

In July, we had our formal network launch, which was a formal informational meeting. We will have 2-3 formal meetings per year that aim to update the entire network on the work being achieved, and approximately 9-10 meetings that are purely fun campfire-style chats to build community. 

The virtual chat will be an hour long and will be facilitated by OWA staff Elliott Groen.
