Doors open at 6 p.m. for you to visit booths displaying lots of ideas on woodlot management. The formal part of the meeting begins at 7 pm and ends at 9 pm with the chainsaw draw.
The guest speaker is Madison Sturba. She is a Program Development Coordinator at the Invasive Species Centre. There she focuses on training and outreach, particularly relating to forest and agricultural pests. She graduated from U. Windsor with a Masters degree in biology.
The second talk is by Norfolk County Forester Adam Biddle with an update on Norfolk Forests.
